Sales Business Representative Turkey
Tasks
• Supporting and further developing business in Polymer- , Printing- , and Coating Systems + Specialty Applications.
• Keep close contact and if required visit assigned customers in cooperation with the relevant Key Account Manager / Applied Technology Manager / Marketing Manager / Sales Head EMEA
• Support of Sales Manager / Business Line Representative in the EMEA region
• Respond to all commercial and technical inquiries from customers in close cooperation with relevant Key Account Manager / Applied Technology Manager / Marketing Manager
• Focus on the achievement of OEC GmbH budgeted figures, monitor sales and report on deviations
• Assist OEC in the management of its distributors
• Investigate customer complaints, assist in credit control and sample follow-up
• Observe and report competitor activities
• Report regularly to the Business Line Specialty Carbon Black
- telephone / visit reports
- monthly report due on 9th working day including analysis of and comments on OEC YTD business results on customer level and TOP 15 products
- deviation versus previous year and plan
- analysis of market on customer level product / grade, competitor / supplier, demand / volumes
• Drive actively forecast process, within the business line specialty carbons
• Stay up-to-date on product, market and technology developments (e.g. technical trainings, seminars)
Qualifications
• Fluent English and Turkish, a further language (e.g. German) would be an asset
• University degree, probably with focus on chemistry or/and Marketing
• At least 4 years of experience from a multinational company
• Negotiating skills, ability to communicate and assert oneself at all levels
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
• Openness towards people and new ideas
• Aderungen:bility to consume large volumes of information and distil into the key points that will support the implementation of a winning business strategy
• The person should be independent, hands on, a self-starter, and a business develop with a strong analytical background
