Invisible but indispensable
Our carbon black is not immediately visible, yet it is found almost everywhere—in tires that get you safely to your destination, in the smartphone you hold in your hand every day, in the paint that brings your home to life, and in batteries that supply energy. Without it, modern life would come to a standstill.
But what you will see right away is that we invest in you. In your development, your prospects, and your future. We provide you with the framework you need to grow—professionally, personally, and financially. Your commitment makes a difference to us, and in return you receive more than just appreciation: you receive genuine recognition.
Your playing field: everything that moves people – with a focus on payroll and employee support. In Jasło, you manage HR end-to-end and act as a sparring partner for plant management; for recruiting, employer branding and L&D, you have strong backup power from Talent Management. Short distances, real creative power, visible impact.
Before we go into detail: the basics.
40.0 hours per week | flexible working hours | 80% onsite | Permanent position | Jasło| Salary range: zł 96,000 – zł 132,000 + bonus
.
The job that makes you happy:
- Take charge of the local control centre: you will be the first point of contact for the plant in Jasło and will manage all HR administration end-to-end – from personnel files, contracts and appendices to time management, holiday and sick leave notifications to smooth onboarding coordination.
- Ensure accurate payroll: You will prepare payroll accounts with the utmost precision, check data, discreetly clarify queries and ensure that salaries, allowances and benefits are paid correctly and on time – month after month, without drama.
- Make employee relations noticeably better: you strengthen cooperation between employees and management, moderate conflicts in a solution-oriented manner, keep internal communication alive (meetings, information, updates) and build trust on the shop floor and in the office.
- Keep us compliant – today and tomorrow: You ensure compliance with labour law, prepare documents for PIP/ZUS audits, monitor guidelines and proactively inform management about changes in legislation – compliance that protects and allows speed.
- Drive projects forward with momentum: you will implement recruiting, employer branding and learning & development together with the talent management team; in addition, you will advance local and central HR projects, implement HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, E-RCP) and accompany organisational changes with pragmatism and drive.
- Accounting Support: You reconcile payroll data with accounting, provide support at month-end with personnel costs and provisions, check that salaries and benefits are posted correctly, create reports and analyses for controlling/finance, assist with internal and external audits, and check receipts (business trips, benefits, allowances) for accounting accuracy – always in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
.
The profile that makes us happy:
- You have a bachelor's degree – ideally in business administration (or similar) – and apply your knowledge pragmatically to processes, figures and decisions. Your approach: clear, structured, impact-oriented.
- You cover the entire spectrum of HR, but focus on preparatory payroll accounting, time management, contracts and day-to-day employee support. From onboarding to departure, you provide clear, approachable and solution-oriented support.
- Excellent Polish and English skills – both spoken and written – enable you to operate with equal confidence on the shop floor and when communicating with management and international corporate groups. You translate requirements into clear actions.
- As the only person responsible for HR on site, you take charge of issues, prioritise wisely and help yourself – but you also know when to seek targeted support. You make decisions, keep your promises and remain calm in stressful situations.
- You enjoy building things, simplifying processes and making use of freedom – responsibly and with an eye on impact. You are happy to take 1–2 short trips per year in Europe to network and advance topics.
