Engineer, Process
Description:
- Monitor and control production, utilities, and wastewater treatment processes using the DCS.
- Optimize process parameters to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives, including risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC) reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operations personnel.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Conduct field inspections, analyze process data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate operational performance and process deviations.
- Support process and product modifications to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in emergency response activities and plant emergency drills.
